I love designing for people who are under pressure/stress.

As someone who stresses out a lot and overthinks every single thing, I hope that my work helps others during such moments.

As a CSM I helped people under time pressure receive their money quickly and currently I am designing for people trying to sell their old/damaged cars.

From customer success to design the one thing that has remained constant is my love for problem solving.

I have always been a curious person, whether it's spending hours understanding the pricing model of a company while designing their user flow or talking to strangers about their life in a train.

At my previous company, I talked to customers every single day, building relationships, hearing them out whether it was to listen to their frustrations or their positive experiences. This helped me significantly improve our experience and doubled our revenue in just the first quarter.

Listening to people, whether its my users, my teammates or my stakeholders is how I do my best work.

If you come to me with a problem, I will sit with you until we have a solution and atleast two backup plans.

(I am trying to practice just listening, I promise)

Always exploring and learning, whether it's experimenting with new AI tools, traveling, cooking or building things.
